Competitors use a flat rate delivery charge and that means you can shop all deals; Domino's doesn't, meaning delivery deals cost extra AND THEN they slap a huge delivery fee on top AND ask for a tip before you've even received the order. Combined with recent price hikes this is just disgusting business practice, and the app doesn't help; 2025 and it won't even login. Clunky, hard to sort deals and items, and there's sly little charges added at every step. You can't even use cash to pay anymore.

The app has a very annoying bug when adding a free pizza through their loyalty scheme. If you exit before ordering the free pizza, it says it's already in your basket (it's not) and to wait half an hour before trying again. When I'm ordering pizza, I'm not usually in the mood to just wait half an hour before ordering!

I only keep this app to check for Double Decadence return. the costs are obscene & the deals are lousy but am I reviewing the app or dominos themselves? who knows. if I am reviewing the app, it is too visually noisy. it needs to be way cleaner. I should be able to look at the menu immediately without having to reject advertising and choosing delivery or collection which could be done later none of it matters though as I'm not ordering anything here until they bring back the double decadence.
